- Product portfolio management: Responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including identifying market requirements, leading development projects, product launches and assortment changes
- Product launches: Originator of new product ideas as well as planning and coordinating introductions in collaboration with the development department
- Portfolio coordination: Coordination of the product portfolio and price management across five countries within a matrix organization
- Strategic analyses: Conduct comprehensive market and product analyses
- Process optimization: Improve product management processes in close cooperation with the team and other departments
- Product training: Communicate product benefits and inspire employees and customers
Requirements
- Strong technical background
- Several years of experience in product management and assortment development, preferably in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) or sanitary sectors
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong market affinity and customer understanding
- Independent, structured working style and high personal responsibility
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of enthusiasm
