About the role

  • Drive the next phase of innovation in our Inventory and delivery forecasting platform
  • Build supply and demand forecasting modular platforms for customer facing use cases
  • Help advertisers assess performance of campaigns by building performance forecast models
  • Build ad serving simulation infrastructure for analytics, pricing, and model training
  • Solve cold-start forecasting problems through modelling driven methodologies
  • Make accuracy vs feature delivery vs feature velocity tradeoffs
  • Translate business needs into actionable product roadmaps
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with internal teams (engineering, design, operations, and sales)
  • Define, track, and communicate clear success metrics for your product areas
  • Evangelize the product vision and strategy across the organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management and engineer/analytics experience
  • Demonstrated experience in Ad Tech, including supply-side and demand-side technologies
  • CTV experience and familiarity with targeting, ad-serving and media planning
  • Experience across Software Engineering, Data analytics, advanced machine learning models and large scale simulations
  • Built forecasting systems in the past and understanding of forecasting algorithms
  • Clear understanding of technical architectures of High-scale, low-latency distributed systems
  • Worked extensively with product and sales leaders, and built and executed product Strategies and go-to-market plans
  • Excellent communication skills; engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions
  • Exceptional prioritization abilities and experience translating high-level strategy into detailed roadmaps
  • Familiarity with legal compliance and changing landscape of ads regulations around the world
