About the role

  • Own the strategy and vision of one of Dashmote’s product lines and translate it into outcome-driven roadmaps
  • Prioritize across engineering, sales, customer success, and data to deliver measurable-value features
  • Drive product lifecycle end-to-end: problem framing, discovery, specs, delivery, launch, and iteration
  • Be hands-on with product onboarding flows, product decks, and design sketches to enable faster iteration and adoption
  • Act as the voice of the customer: join client meetings, run discovery sessions, synthesize insights, and create PRDs and specs
  • Translate engineering bottlenecks into action: make constraints and trade-offs clear, propose options and timelines, align decisions
  • Continuously iterate using performance metrics, experiments, and customer feedback to improve adoption and impact
  • Run effective rituals (standups, planning, reviews), maintain status updates, surface risks with mitigation plans

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS B2B (startup or enterprise)
  • Technical background preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Engineering)
  • Comfortable diving into usage data, architecture basics, and scalability considerations
  • Client-facing confidence; experience working directly with customers
  • Proven ability to run discovery, test assumptions, and turn insights into successful outcomes
  • Experience driving roadmaps, setting clear objectives, and prioritizing enhancements against constraints
  • Excellent communication in English; concise writing, sharp structuring, strong storytelling
  • Python & SQL for querying and quick validation
  • Plus: Familiarity with AWS (S3, Athena) and data/analytics stacks
  • Growth mindset; curious and hands-on
