About the role

  • Drive evolution of internal and customer-facing platforms linking Finance and Commercial domains
  • Act as Single-Threaded Owner (STO) with end-to-end accountability across initiatives impacting lead-to-cash and billing journeys
  • Partner closely with Finance and the Product Development Director for Commercial Experience to define product direction
  • Own and refine product vision, priorities, and roadmap for finance-commercial initiatives
  • Gather, validate, and translate requirements from Finance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success into prioritized features and user stories
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Operations to deliver quoting, order placement, billing, activation, and revenue recognition solutions
  • Define and track key business metrics (billing accuracy, lead-to-cash efficiency, cycle time, NPS, manual effort) to inform prioritization
  • Lead workshops, stakeholder sessions, and alignment meetings to ensure transparency and shared vision
  • Oversee product lifecycle from strategy validation, backlog management, and sprint planning to user acceptance and business enablement
  • Foster a data-driven and automation mindset to simplify complexity and enhance billing and finance operational efficiency
  • Report on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to product and executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership/Management, with significant collaboration with Finance, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Product teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B SaaS, telecoms, connectivity, or another technology-driven sector
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business requirements and financial metrics
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis/BI tools
  • Experience working closely with Finance stakeholders on initiatives such as billing system improvements, quote-to-cash, or revenue automation
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, backlog grooming, user story writing, and sprint planning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; proven track record of cross-departmental collaboration between Product, Finance, and Commercial functions
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
