About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Employee Life Cycle Events, HR Governance and Employee Relations product portfolio
  • Lead and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants
  • Drive development and execution of Employee Life Cycle Events, HR Governance and Employee Relations
  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources and influence outcomes
  • Manage the product delivery process
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change
  • Interpret procedures and processes to strategize and execute programs
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners and leaders
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience leading Agile Product teams
  • Deep understanding of HR functional areas
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops
  • 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, or similar)
  • Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives
  • Experience building relationships at senior levels
  • Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs
