- You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating in a team environment
- You are eager to learn the product development process and apply it to real business challenges
- Strong Preference: Have prior exposure to software development, design thinking, marketplace dynamics, or product lifecycle management
- Are comfortable with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or analytics platforms)
- Demonstrate leadership and the ability to influence without authority
