- Serve as a subject matter expert on business deposit products
- Partner with the Deposit Product team for optimal positioning of deposit offerings
- Establish cross line of business routines with key partners
- Utilize data analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Monitor and communicate progress to Regional Presidents
- Communicate positioning changes and strategic updates
Requirements
- 7+ years of deposit product management or business banking sales
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in business banking sales, relationship management, or deposit product strategy
- Strong understanding of business client needs, including cash flow, liquidity, and operational banking
- Proven success in driving deposit growth within the business banking segment
- Experience influencing sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
- Financial management experience and analytical capability
- Excellent executive-level presentation skills
- Technical skills: SAS, Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
