About the role

  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive new business household acquisition and deposit balance growth
  • Collaborate with Business Banking Sales Leaders to execute strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on business deposit products
  • Partner with the Deposit Product team for optimal positioning of deposit offerings
  • Establish cross line of business routines with key partners
  • Utilize data analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Monitor and communicate progress to Regional Presidents
  • Communicate positioning changes and strategic updates

Requirements

  • 7+ years of deposit product management or business banking sales
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in business banking sales, relationship management, or deposit product strategy
  • Strong understanding of business client needs, including cash flow, liquidity, and operational banking
  • Proven success in driving deposit growth within the business banking segment
  • Experience influencing sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
  • Financial management experience and analytical capability
  • Excellent executive-level presentation skills
  • Technical skills: SAS, Essbase, Microsoft Office suite
