About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of Remote Technicians across multiple states, ensuring peak performance in a mobile, non-traditional environment.
- Monitor fleet health, vehicle safety compliance, and inventory management for all mobile units within the district.
- Manage the district P&L, optimize labor costs, monitor fuel/maintenance expenses, and calculate monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Conduct virtual and in-person bimonthly sales meetings.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to report on the health and growth of the Remote Technician program.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a mobile or distributed workforce (e.g., logistics, home services, or field tech industries).
- Ability to manage a complex P&L across multiple states and disparate locations.
- Familiarity with fleet management, safety protocols, and territory optimization.
- Exceptional ability to build culture and maintain high morale among employees who do not work in a traditional office/store setting.
- The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth 'Remote' environment.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
