About the role

  • District Manager leading Remote Technician program for Asurion. Ensuring operational excellence and efficiency across multiple states with frequent travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee a team of Remote Technicians across multiple states, ensuring peak performance in a mobile, non-traditional environment.
  • Monitor fleet health, vehicle safety compliance, and inventory management for all mobile units within the district.
  • Manage the district P&L, optimize labor costs, monitor fuel/maintenance expenses, and calculate monthly performance-based bonuses.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person bimonthly sales meetings.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to report on the health and growth of the Remote Technician program.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a mobile or distributed workforce (e.g., logistics, home services, or field tech industries).
  • Ability to manage a complex P&L across multiple states and disparate locations.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, safety protocols, and territory optimization.
  • Exceptional ability to build culture and maintain high morale among employees who do not work in a traditional office/store setting.
  • The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth 'Remote' environment.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
