About the role

  • Manager of Implementation leading teams to assist customers in a SaaS logistics company. Focused on optimizing processes and managing implementation teams for successful onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director of Implementation in leading a team of Implementation Managers.
  • Enable customers to get up-and-running on our platform quickly and successfully.
  • Optimize current processes, remove obsolete ones, and create new processes.
  • Manage team allocation and workload of team members.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues that arise.
  • Report key KPIs and employee performance to the Director of Implementation.
  • Work closely with Sales team to manage customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer retention.
  • Work with Product and Software Development to share product feedback.
  • Establish goals, responsibilities, and development plans for team members.
  • Retain and recruit a world class implementation team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience leading implementations ideally in a b2b SaaS environment
  • 2+ years experience leading people
  • Process-oriented and obsessively organized
  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment
  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems and/or Logistics is a big plus (not required)
