Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Sealing Technology business to accelerate growth and secure key projects.
Acquire and manage industry-leading customers in strategic sealing industries (e.g., pumps, valves, couplings, measurement technology, drinking water, coffee machines, and other industrial sectors).
Drive project acquisition through Angst+Pfister’s value proposition as an engineering solution provider.
Manage specifications, technological requirements, and develop tailored offerings matching Unique Selling Point with customer needs.
Oversee sales funnel and project management from acquisition to serial delivery, including RFQs and technical offers.
Build and expand strong relationships with customers and suppliers through frequent visits, workshops, and project presentations.
Support internal functions (sales, procurement, tooling, design, compounding, production) while optimizing processes for cost reduction, output increase, and sustainable quality.
Requirements
Engineering Degree or technical diploma.
Alternatively, you hold a master’s degree in mechanical engineering (or similar).
3 years' experience in project management, solution selling, or technical sales.
Proven track record of managing projects.
Deep knowledge in production of rubber metal elements and molded parts.
Deep knowledge of the different production methods like Compression Molding, Injection Molding and Transfer molding or combinations of them.
Solid experience of different metal manufacturing processes.
Effective analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, communicative, and customer-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English and Dutch.
