About the role
- Analista de Produto em Sistemas de Chassi na EDAG, desenvolvendo e validando sistemas de chassi com foco em veículos pesados.
Responsibilities
- Development and validation of chassis components and systems.
- Monitoring and preparation of daily reports for structural and bench tests of chassis components (Brakes, Suspension, Steering, Axles and structural components).
- Reporting to the Engineering team on the progress of current activities and preparing action plans.
- Interact with international teams, participating in technical meetings, design reviews and alignment of global requirements.
- Execute tests with suppliers, performing CAN bus measurements and relevant physical measurements for tests (force, acceleration, displacement).
- Ensure progress of test activities, focusing on meeting schedules and established requirements.
- Support repairs and modifications to prototypes, actively proposing improvements and prototype adjustments.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering or related fields;
- Experience in prototype testing activities at proving grounds and structural bench tests;
- Knowledge of chassis systems and ADAS, CAN network and vehicle communication;
- Knowledge of metallic materials and manufacturing processes (welding, cutting, forming);
- CNH D or E preferred (Brazilian driver's license categories D or E);
- Minimum intermediate English for conversations with global teams.
