About the role
- Lead and oversee procurement for Sunlighten and Ice Barrel product lines, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and on-time delivery.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, maintain supplier documentation, and lead supplier performance evaluations.
- Oversee NetSuite/ERP vendor data, purchase orders, inventory status, and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels; analyze supply/demand trends and manage inventory classifications.
- Partner with international buyers, coordinate procurement for international dealers, and ensure import/export compliance.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable for invoice/PO reconciliation and ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, coach, and develop procurement staff; serve as primary contact for warehouse procurement needs.
- Drive process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and develop procurement KPIs like vendor performance and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement budgets.
- Expertise with ERP systems and procurement-related software.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and supply chain optimization.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
