About the role

  • Elicit, understand and document the product process journey from systems sales (sales parameters, proposals) through acceptance and issuance
  • Describe batch file exchanges between systems (layouts, validation rules, processing windows, reprocesses)
  • Record the flow of regulatory communications (welcome messages, contractual terms, billing communications) and their trigger points and owners
  • Map the maintenance cycle (billing, collections, reconciliations) and the claims and assistance journey (steps, deadlines, evidence), maintaining a descriptive focus
  • Produce clear, reusable documentation for operational and executive discussions:
  • Standardized BPMN AS-IS diagrams
  • Simplified process flows in plain language
  • Checklists and RACI matrices specifying who does what
  • 1–2 page executive summaries (what it is, how it works, risks and dependencies)
  • Facilitate cross-functional understanding by translating technical terms and aligning the process narrative for Operations, IT, Finance, Collections, Claims/Assistance, Compliance, Executive Board and other stakeholders
  • Organize and version all artifacts (repository, process index, change control)

Requirements

  • Experience mapping and documenting end-to-end processes in insurance/financial services, including sale -> acceptance -> issuance -> regulatory communications -> billing/collections -> claims/assistance
  • Experience with integrations and batch files (layouts, validations, windows, reprocess) between sales partners and CVP; basic understanding of APIs/Webservices to comprehend integrations
  • Proficiency in BPMN and modeling tools (Bizagi/Miro) to clearly represent the AS-IS
  • Excellent articulation and communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to translate technical concepts to executive language and to conduct interviews/workshops
  • Planning and organizational skills to structure timelines, meeting minutes, evidence trails and version control
  • Critical thinking and a strong eye for spotting ambiguities, risks and gaps without prescribing solutions, documenting them as points of attention
  • Ability to synthesize content into visual and concise materials (diagrams, executive summaries, glossary of terms, high-level data dictionary)
  • Preferred: familiarity with regulatory communications (SUSEP/LGPD) and operational metrics for process description
