- Communicate technical program status, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
- Apply deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and risk/change management practices to ensure successful delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership
- Experience managing large software portfolios and collaborating across business and technical domains
- Option 1: 6 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area with a bachelor's degree
- Option 2: 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area
- Certification in Project Management, PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in retail or e-commerce domains preferred
