Responsibilities
Act as the primary interface between the customer and the company for managing programs
Responsible for the direction and management of a program
Participate in all aspects of program executions
Work with cross-functional teams
Manage day-to-day activities of customer accounts
Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with the customer
Develop plans to meet commitments and schedules for customers
Manage customer account profitability
Provide forecasting and planning and monitoring of efficiency
Participate heavily in the pricing/bid preparation process
Communicate frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction
Analyze performance relative to targets
Interface with senior managers on significant issues
Requirements
8+ years relevant experience
University degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and SCM
In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs
In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts and contract negotiations
Very strong customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
Excellent presentation, database management and computer skills
Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines
Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers
Ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees to achieve high production within tight time deadlines
Good fundamentals in Electrical/Electronics systems
Hands-on development experience in electronics products or systems
Working experience in multi-national corporations
Working experience in R&D or product development organizations
