About the role
- Lead Consultant at Wavestone designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions for a diverse clientele. Guide teams and shape innovative finance management strategies across sectors.
Responsibilities
- You design and implement innovative, future-oriented solutions covering Accounting, Controlling and Cash & Treasury as part of projects for our local and international clients.
- You lead teams of experts—internally or at project level—and take active responsibility for their performance and development.
- You are used to communicating at the executive level and actively build your own network around Finance and Technology topics, either cross-industry or with a focus on Financial Services (Swiss banks and insurance companies).
- You engage in our innovative focus areas such as GenAI in Finance, Financial Reporting and Working Capital Management.
- You help shape the team's future and take on commercial activities such as pre-sales or account management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of consulting experience in SAP Finance
- Solid knowledge of value flows and processes and the corresponding SAP solutions
- Project experience with S/4HANA and with agile and/or traditional project methodologies is desirable
- Ideally knowledge/experience in at least one of our focus areas: GenAI, Financial Reporting, SAP Group Reporting with S/4HANA; initial experience with SAP RISE and/or integration with cloud solutions is an advantage
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
