About the role
- (Senior) Consultant for SAP S/4HANA Finance at Wavestone. Helping diverse industries optimize AI-driven financial processes and IT systems through project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Advising companies across various industries on optimizing their AI-driven financial processes and IT systems.
- Leading cross-industry (sub-)projects within S/4HANA transformations.
- Managing the entire project lifecycle: from analyzing current-state processes, through developing a roadmap, to roll-out.
- Actively contributing to the ongoing development of the team's strategy and portfolio.
- Engaging in positioning our consulting services and identifying business opportunities.
Requirements
- Consulting experience (in-house or external) in SAP implementation or redesign projects in finance and accounting.
- Strong system knowledge of SAP FI (SAP CO is a plus).
- Deep understanding of value flows in finance and accounting.
- Proactively drive topics and take initiative in shaping team growth.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with an understanding of the feasibility of functional requirements.
- Ideally, initial experience in S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Business‑fluent German, very good English, and willingness to travel.
