About the role

  • Lead job briefings and advise clients on technical requirements, projects, and candidate profiles.
  • Mentor junior consultants, shape the recruitment process, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Open new accounts, build relationships in Insurance and Tech markets, and collaborate with our interim team.
  • Manage your own desk while supporting the wider team in negotiations and placements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Insurance recruitment, ideally with 4+ years in Technology recruitment.
  • Comfort opening doors across Lloyds, Claims, Actuarials, Legal and related functions.
  • Strong business development skills — able to grow accounts and generate new opportunities.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, able to balance delivery with team leadership.
