Manage your own desk while supporting the wider team in negotiations and placements.
Requirements
Proven experience in Insurance recruitment, ideally with 4+ years in Technology recruitment.
Comfort opening doors across Lloyds, Claims, Actuarials, Legal and related functions.
Strong business development skills — able to grow accounts and generate new opportunities.
Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated, able to balance delivery with team leadership.
