Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience
- extensive experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
- proven track record as a Principal/Architect-level technical leader
- deep expertise in building scalable systems
- strong proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (C#, Java, Golang, C++)
- advanced experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- ability to define multi-year technical strategies
- domain expertise in payments/fintech
- strong collaboration skills
- ability to assess existing systems vs. new builds
