About the role

  • Gather, create, compile, and load data related to pricing condition setup and maintenance, including resale markups and additional cost discounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues related to pricing; identify defects and enhancements
  • Collaborate with IT to develop new functionalities and perform testing
  • Establish new vendors and programs from suppliers and internal customers
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects and coordinate cross-departmental work
  • Test systems to ensure proper configuration and setup
  • Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports and provide data summaries
  • Update customer account profiles for pricing columns or customer groups
  • Maintain required documentation and system-related tools proficiency
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance/punctuality standards

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; some college required
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification when needed
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient in advanced mathematical calculations
  • Attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations
  • Effective interaction with all levels of management
  • Capability to work constructively under stress and pressure
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Quick learner of new systems and technologies
  • Basic proficiency in relevant computer applications
