About the role
- System Engineer responsible for designing technical architecture and fulfilling contractual requirements for clients in various sectors. Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams for systems development.
Responsibilities
- Derive and design the system architecture and translate customer and contractual requirements into technical concepts
- Take responsibility for internal coordination and estimation of the technical implementation
- Act as the interface to the customer for all conceptual and development-related questions
- Specify, develop and use system interfaces, including interfaces to third-party systems
- Take responsibility for system-wide fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Ensure security and encryption requirements are taken into account
Requirements
- Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
- Professional experience in system and software development is required
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with DSC (Desired State Configuration), is an advantage
- Experience in security/encryption and Linux is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work independently, and organizational talent
- Very good German and English language skills
