Responsibilities
Leads the development and execution of division pricing strategies to drive revenue growth
Oversees a team of pricing desk analysts to create an efficient pricing process
Engages with sales and creates pricing on complex deals and RFPs
Develops and leads the execution of pricing desk KPIs and strategies
Incorporates market trends, competitor pricing, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
Presents pricing recommendations to executive leadership and influences decision-making.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
7–10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or financial planning in the banking or financial services industry
Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
Expertise in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and market intelligence
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
