- Pricing Agreement Analyst at Emerson analyzing agreement profitability in North America. Collaborating with U.S. and global teams to support formal agreements and negotiations with data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver analytical support for the North America Agreements team, with a focus on evaluating the agreement lifecycle execution, pricing & discount accuracy in Oracle & Vendavo system, and providing business insights for upcoming negotiations and quarterly business review
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and understand existing data ecosystems related to sales, pricing, and revenue
- Conduct Delegation of Authority (DoA) compliance checks and proactively resolve exceptions with Sales and Finance teams
- Collaborate with Data and IT team to design, build, and maintain BI tools and dashboards that streamline analytical processes, monitor leakage, accounts performance reporting, and supporting data-driven decisions across the team
- Maintain data quality and integrity across Oracle, Vendavo, and TDE systems, act as a steward for data accuracy and consistency
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes for changes related to agreement terms and pricing within relevant platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economy, Business Analytic or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analyst, business analyst or similar roles
- Experience working in contract evaluation or pricing/revenue/sales/finance
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) and comfortable working with oversea team
