Performing daily checks for functional correctness across the Proxymity offerings via monitoring and alerting.
Assist in technical product issues, including troubleshooting, identification of root cause, issue resolution and communication.
Provide technical product support to internal and external stakeholders.
Create / maintain knowledge base documentation and perform knowledge-sharing with other team members.
Manage technical escalations to the appropriate teams, ensuring timely response and resolution in accordance with SLAs.
Monitoring performance of all company databases and diagnosing performance issues.
Identifying application security vulnerabilities and expediting their resolution in line with set SLA's.
Monitoring various metrics and tools that provide protection from cyber threats and ensuring a prompt response in line with pre-defined run books.
Performance testing framework development and root cause analysis of performance issues highlighted by performance testing.
Requirements
Broad professional experience within a technical support team, preferably in global B2B-focused SaaS.
Strong strategic and customer focus with ability to assess the wider business impact of incidents and issues and liaise with the relevant functions within and outside the company.
Passion for solving customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High proficiency in SQL and RDBMS.
Proficiency in Java
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels and stakeholders—internally and externally—on complex technical issues.
Ability to influence others and work effectively across departments in the organisation.
Experience with modern monitoring and logging technologies.
Experience with the AWS ecosystem – advantage.
