About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager at altitude focusing on tracking and reporting solutions. Collaborate with a senior marketing team managing diverse client projects.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage tracking systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Matomo)
  • Implement conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Implement event tracking using tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Matomo
  • Implement and maintain consent banners and cookie opt-in mechanisms
  • Automate reports (e.g., via Looker Studio, Power BI, Supermetrics)
  • Build dashboards for performance visualization
  • Use scripts or APIs
  • Technical setup for campaign tracking (UTM parameters, custom scripts)
  • Audit landing pages for conversion barriers

Requirements

  • Proven experience in performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including strategic campaign management
  • Strong technical understanding of tracking & tagging, especially Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting conversion and event tracking across platforms
  • Affinity for marketing technologies and enjoyment working at the intersection of tech and marketing
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Google Ads Scripts, optionally Python) for automation or customization
  • Experience with web analytics tools and reporting solutions, e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, or Supermetrics
  • Understanding of data protection and consent management; ideally experience with CMPs and GDPR-compliant tracking
  • Team player with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with marketing and development teams
