About the role

  • Performance Marketing Manager optimizing customer projects in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Social Media Ads. Supporting innovative marketing tactics with a hybrid work model and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, implementation, management and optimization of client projects in Google Ads & Bing Ads / Social Media Ads
  • Keyword analysis and research
  • Development of action plans for PPC, as well as tactical and operational implementation of measures
  • Competitor analyses & identification of optimization opportunities
  • Support with SEA analyses and development of recommendations for action, as well as operational implementation of measures
  • Performing internal quality control
  • Reporting / monitoring of optimization results
  • Preparation of presentation materials and task documentation

Requirements

  • You have completed a degree in Online Marketing / Marketing / Business Administration or hold a comparable qualification
  • You have previous experience in PPC / SEA / Performance Marketing
  • You have an open personality and a confident manner when interacting with clients
  • You work independently and have a strong goal- and solution-orientation
  • You show a strong interest in innovative online marketing tactics
  • You have business-fluent German and English skills
  • You are creative, have a reliable working style and are a proactive contributor
