Grow partnerships with networks, agencies, and tech providers
Build the performance marketing function from scratch to become a key driver of player acquisition and brand visibility in the Finnish market.
Design and execute the full performance marketing strategy
Take ownership of media buying, from campaign setup to optimisation and scaling
Define, track, and optimise campaigns based on key KPIs
Run retargeting and reactivation campaigns to maximise player LTV
Develop clear reporting dashboards to track spend, performance, and ROI across channels.
Represent the company at key iGaming and digital marketing events
Work within a small team of 3 people driving acquisition
Requirements
University education in marketing/business or equivalent
Proven track record ( 4+ years ) in performance marketing within the iGaming industry
Fluent in Finnish and English , written and spoken
Strong hands-on experience with programmatic buying, DSPs, paid social, and display networks.
Excellent knowledge of player acquisition funnels , retargeting strategies, and ROI optimisation
Solid analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience working with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards.
Business savvy with focus on profitability and growth
Comfortable building from zero and working in a fast-moving startup environment
Willingness to travel for industry events
