About the role
- Performance and Growth Marketing Manager optimizing campaigns across marketing channels at Monet Financial Technologies to revolutionize online payments. Involved in ad creatives and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- You create, optimize and measure campaigns across our marketing channels: Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter and TikTok
- You will be involved in producing ad creatives, copy and tracking links
- You develop ideas and run tests to improve the performance of our campaigns
- You produce reports and generate analyses to share your insights with the team
Requirements
- You have prior experience in digital marketing and user acquisition for a direct-to-consumer or app-based company
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Business Administration, Marketing or Social Sciences. Ideally with solid basic knowledge of statistics
- You work in a structured, independent way and are well organized
- You have an affinity for fintech and excellent communication skills in German and English
- You enjoy working in an agile environment and have a "getting things done" mentality
- You are creative, bring fresh ideas and are curious about the latest technologies
