People Services Coordinator managing HR onboarding, offboarding, and compliance processes for Marshalls during maternity leave. This hybrid role is based in Elland, UK, working primarily in HR.
Responsibilities
Ensure that HR system records are accurately maintained
Manage key, complex processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and every system-led change in between
Accurate data entry and working through detailed system processes
Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering support in navigating the internal HR system, advice on benefit queries, and signposting to relevant policy enquiries
Ensure compliance with employment regulations while working closely with other HR teams on projects specific to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reward, HR Information Systems, Payroll and Internal Communications
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Become a trusted colleague, ensuring HR is always easy to do business with
Requirements
Experience in a similar role would be ideal
Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all your work is of the highest quality, free from errors and polished to perfection
A process-driven mindset with the ability to work through detailed information in a systematic method

Experience and enjoyment in working with information and systems

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information and instructions clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle a varied workload efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential
A collaborative team player who excels at sharing tasks and working harmoniously with others
