About the role
- Consultor(a) pedagógico(a) working with Brazilian schools to enhance socio-emotional education and provide training. Representing the program and offering pedagogical solutions to educators.
Responsibilities
- Represent the program to partner schools;
- Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions;
- Provide pedagogical support and follow-up;
- Conduct consultations, meetings, and classes at partner schools;
- Offer pedagogical solutions to teachers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- High availability for travel;
- Interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, client-focused attitude;
- Experience in the educational field;
- Familiarity with school environments and the ability to speak the language of educators;
- Passion for the school setting and openness to the challenges of the national education system;
- Prior experience with social-emotional education (social-emotional learning);
- Familiarity with socio-emotional education programs.
