About the role

  • Banking Consultant supporting seamless banking experience and needs-based financial solutions. Collaborates with a team to deliver high customer satisfaction and advocacy for ANZ.

Responsibilities

  • helping to providing customers with a seamless banking experience
  • meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities
  • needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available
  • delivering a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied
  • being a part of a collaborative team and acting as a role model and peer coach

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer focus
  • Retail experience is an advantage
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage
  • Lending experience or willingness to progress to lending is desired
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Sound understanding of compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
