About the role
- Represent the program to partner schools;
- Develop and deliver presentations and workshops;
- Provide pedagogical support and follow-up;
- Conduct consultations, meetings, and classes at partner schools;
- Offer pedagogical solutions to teachers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently;
- Interpersonal skills: empathy, active listening, client-focused;
- Experience in the education field;
- Familiarity with school realities and the ability to communicate effectively with educators;
- Enjoy working within the school environment and openness to the challenges of the national education system;
- Previous experience with socio-emotional learning;
- Familiarity with socio-emotional learning programs.
