About the role

  • Business Analyst focusing on Digital projects and technology initiatives in a team environment. Identifying business needs and determining solutions while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze/understand business challenges and recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
  • Develop current and future business processes, determine interface requirements, and resolve any issues that cross multiple systems or areas.
  • Provide business process redesign analysis to support business changes and technology opportunities.
  • Facilitate new business process and data requirements gathering.
  • Conduct fit gap Analysis for software package evaluations.
  • Convert business requirements into functional requirements, specifications, and test cases.
  • Assist users in developing their user or business procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting.
  • CPA designation or non-US equivalent (e.g. CCA) is required.
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong process flow and diagramming skills.
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Expertise in business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis.
  • Proficient in software fit analysis.
  • Expertise in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and other PC software.
  • Has advanced knowledge of audit principles through extensive experience.
  • Has strong understanding of the business processes in assigned areas to best implement policies and practices.
