About the role
- IT Consultant for digital production in a leading manufacturing firm focusing on production automation. Engaging with IT systems like SAP ERP and MES for digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Anforderungsaufnahme: Ermittlung und Beschreibung von Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung / Automatisierung im Umfeld der Produktion & Materialflusssteuerung unter Einbeziehung der IT-Ebenen (u.a. SAP ERP, MES) und Berücksichtigung der Automatisierung (SCADA, SPS)
- Lösungsdesign: Erarbeitung von ganzheitlichen (IT) Lösungsansätzen in enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT, Automatisierung und Produktion
- Projektbasierte Umsetzung & Einführung der erarbeiteten Lösungsansätzen
- Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Dokumentation & Support
- Durchführung von Roll-Outs bei internationalen Tochterunternehmen innerhalb der Schütz-Gruppe
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT/OT Lösungen im Sinne der Industrie 4.0
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Produktionstechnik), oder vergleichbare Qualifikation durch eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
- Erste Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, idealerweise in der Fertigungsdigitalisierung und im Projektmanagement
- Gutes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und Prozesse
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit IT-Anwendungssystemen im Bereich der Produktionssteuerung (MES, SAP PP, Materialflussteuerungssystemen)
- Selbstständige und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Auslandseinsätzen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
