About the role

  • Assist with accurate payroll processing
  • Calculate and enter employee working hours, bonuses, commissions and other payroll-related information
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the system
  • Verify and update employee information, including tax withholdings, benefits and deductions
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed
  • Prepare payroll documentation and reports for audits
  • Provide assistance and support to employees with payroll-related questions
  • Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure seamless communication and coordination of payroll processes
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Stay up to date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Workday, ADP and Horoquartz is a plus
