About the role
- Payroll Technician assisting with salary processing and compliance at Fresenius Medical Care site in France. Responsible for employee data maintenance and payroll reporting oversight.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accurate payroll processing
- Calculate and enter employee working hours, bonuses, commissions and other payroll-related information
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the system
- Verify and update employee information, including tax withholdings, benefits and deductions
- Generate and distribute payroll reports as needed
- Prepare payroll documentation and reports for audits
- Provide assistance and support to employees with payroll-related questions
- Work closely with HR and Finance to ensure seamless communication and coordination of payroll processes
- Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Stay up to date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
