Responsibilities
Execute activities related to accounts payable processes, including troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies and issues aimed at ensuring process accuracy and meeting defined targets;
Ensure deadlines are met, prevent payment of penalties, and adhere to procedures and legal regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;
Experience with accounts payable routines;
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Experience with RM Totvs system is a plus.
