Responsibilities
Manage the monthly payroll process for multiple clients
Prepare engagement forms and documentation for new hires and terminations
Register new clients with the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) and Jobsplus
Register new employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
Process terminations for both local and foreign employees with the IRD and Jobsplus
Provide ongoing support and payroll advice to clients
Supervise and guide junior team members
Maintain and develop strong client relationships
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar payroll role
Completion of payroll-related courses will be considered an asset
Experience with Shireburn Indigo payroll software is a strong advantage
