About the role
- Execute accurately and timely payroll calculation (oncycling and offcycling payments), including analysis and processing of data in the system and payments to employees' accounts
- Perform payroll reconciliation for oncycling and offcycling payments
- Post transactions to GLs and Vendors
- Prepare payroll reports (internal and external)
- Participate in KPIs trends analysis, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
- Ensure availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices
- Participate in testing of SAP installation-specific settings
- Apply knowledge of UA legislation and calculate sick-leaves and vacations
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in salary calculation for Ukrainian enterprises
- University degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations
- Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Good analytical and time-management skills
- Knowledge of English both written and verbal (intermediate)
- Knowledge of UA Legislation
- Sick-leaves and vacation calculations knowledge
