About the role

  • Manage day-to-day payment processing (incoming and outgoing), including e-wallets, bank transfers, and alternative payment methods
  • Collaborate with developers, interpret API documentation, and guide payment gateway and PSP integrations
  • Investigate escalations, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with PSPs or technical teams
  • Oversee daily and monthly reconciliations between payment gateways, acquirers, and internal systems; ensure timely settlement
  • Develop payment KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor costs, conversion rates, and customer payment behaviors
  • Partner with Customer Service to resolve payment-related issues, ensuring smooth checkout and refund processes
  • Continuously refine payment workflows to reduce transaction failures and improve authorization rates
  • Serve as operational lead for high-level discussions with PSPs or third parties when necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years in payment operations or a similar role within a B2C or high-volume transaction environment
  • Proven collaboration alongside developers
  • Ability to read and interpret API documentation
  • Technical troubleshooting and integration support experience
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze payment data and identify trends
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective escalation management and cross-functional collaboration skills
