Responsibilities
Responsible for a judicial portfolio of consumer and civil cases;
Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio;
Negotiating settlements;
Updating the firm's and the client's case management systems;
Monitoring case progress;
Other routine portfolio-related tasks.
Requirements
Active OAB/SP registration;
Law degree (undergraduate complete); post-graduate specialization in the area is desirable;
Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
Ability to work well in a team;
Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
Oral and written communication skills;
Punctuality and regular attendance.
