About the role
- Attorney responsible for managing consumer and civil law cases, including agreements and legal documentation in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for a judicial portfolio of consumer and civil cases;
- Drafting all pleadings and documents for the portfolio;
- Negotiating settlements;
- Updating the firm's and the client's case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress;
- Other routine portfolio-related tasks.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP registration;
- Law degree (undergraduate complete); post-graduate specialization in the area is desirable;
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
- Oral and written communication skills;
- Punctuality and regular attendance.
