About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for a litigation portfolio in real estate and civil matters.
- Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio;
- Negotiating and executing settlements;
- Updating the firm's and client's case management systems;
- Monitoring case progress and court procedures;
- Performing other routine portfolio-related tasks.
Requirements
- Active OAB/SP license (São Paulo Bar Association);
- University degree in Law; postgraduate specialization in the practice area preferred;
- Knowledge of Consumer Law and Civil Law;
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
- Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential;
- Ability to work well in a team;
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands;
