About the role

• Legal Partner managing consumer law projects and ensuring client compliance at vezzilapolla.legal. Involves direct client engagement and legal document preparation, in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Reading publications and court notifications;
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents;
• Preparing legal opinions and analyses;
• Reviewing and updating case-management systems;
• Meetings with clients;
• Preparing reports;
• Tracking incoming and closed cases.

Requirements

• Law degree (complete higher education in Law); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred.
• Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
• Experience in Banking Law and Consumer Law.
• Agility and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with high volumes and urgent deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Regular attendance and reliability.
• Productivity and autonomy, with ability to work in a team.
