Responsibilities
Reading publications and court notifications;
Drafting and reviewing pleadings and legal documents;
Preparing legal opinions and analyses;
Reviewing and updating case-management systems;

Tracking incoming and closed cases.
Requirements
Law degree (complete higher education in Law); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred.
Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP).
Experience in Banking Law and Consumer Law.
Agility and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with high volumes and urgent deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Regular attendance and reliability.
