About the role
- Manage uninsured loss claims within RTA accidents e.g policy excess and hire charge costs
- Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately
- Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets
- Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly
- Maximise efficiency and develop technical knowledge
- Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed
Requirements
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Remarkable attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- A desire to develop a career in a leading law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Desirable: Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
