About the role

  • Manage uninsured loss claims within RTA accidents e.g policy excess and hire charge costs
  • Ensure timely progress and prioritise appropriately
  • Communicate with the Team Leader and achieve time recording and financial targets
  • Understand client requirements and manage cases accordingly
  • Maximise efficiency and develop technical knowledge
  • Ensure claims are properly quantified and resolved swiftly, raising issues early to move cases to an alternative team if needed

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Remarkable attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  • A desire to develop a career in a leading law firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Desirable: Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
  • Desirable: Previous legal work experience (including internships or placements)
