Be the hub of internal intelligence, maintaining live, accurate portfolio data and partnering closely with teams.
Champion precision in ownership structures, managing cap tables and shareholding data.
Play a key role in new investments, supporting deal closings, coordinating document execution.
Navigate regulatory work with confidence, assisting with filings and maintaining compliance.
Own critical post-closing workflows from managing share certificates to tracking and delivering documentation.

Requirements
4–5 years of hands-on experience as a paralegal, corporate secretary, or in a similar role.
You’re fluent in cap tables and bring advanced Excel skills to the table.
Backed by a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), you may have legal training—or even a chartered accountant background.
A proactive self-starter, you thrive in team environments but are equally effective working independently.
Practical, commercially minded, and a clear communicator, you break down complexity for non-lawyers with ease.
Your command of English is impeccable.
