About the role

  • Manage all aspects of Pennsylvania estate administration from opening to closing.
  • Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients, Register of Wills offices, and financial institutions.
  • Track deadlines, court filings, and estate disbursements accurately.
  • Use firm software (Actionstep and related systems) to document all work.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, operations staff, and outside vendors as needed.
  • Ensure each client receives compassionate, timely, and professional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Pennsylvania estate administration experience (required).
  • Strong understanding of Pennsylvania probate procedures and inheritance tax law.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Actionstep or similar CRM preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Positive attitude, integrity, and a commitment to professional growth.
