Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of Pennsylvania estate administration from opening to closing.
Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, accountings, and Pennsylvania inheritance tax returns.
Maintain direct communication with clients, Register of Wills offices, and financial institutions.
Track deadlines, court filings, and estate disbursements accurately.
Use firm software (Actionstep and related systems) to document all work.
Coordinate with attorneys, operations staff, and outside vendors as needed.
Ensure each client receives compassionate, timely, and professional service.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of Pennsylvania estate administration experience (required).
Strong understanding of Pennsylvania probate procedures and inheritance tax law.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Actionstep or similar CRM preferred.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients.
