About the role
- Paralegal supporting litigation efforts for FINRA, managing document requests and certifications. Collaborating with attorneys to prepare legal documents in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assists attorneys to respond to subpoenas and other document requests
- Drafts written communications regarding document and information requests
- Prepares business records certifications
- Maintains and tracks matter files in matter management system
- Collaborates, both in-person and virtually, in furtherance of FINRA’s mission of investor protection and market integrity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a paralegal
- Paralegal Certificate a plus
- Familiarity using a computer with the full suite of electronic office product applications, including Adobe, Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with electronic discovery review software
- Review experience in Relativity preferred
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
