You take on tasks in corporate housekeeping – e.g., shareholder documentation, commercial register filings, and minute-taking at meetings
You ensure proper, audit-proof filing and maintenance of legally relevant documents and governance records
You independently manage and update our contract management/contract archive and ensure that processes and procedures are followed
You coordinate signature and approval processes — digital and physical — in collaboration with internal and external contacts
You assist with communication with notaries, lawyers, authorities, banks, and other external partners
You maintain deadline and compliance overviews and proactively remind stakeholders of upcoming dates
Requirements
You have completed training or have qualifications in a legal or administrative field — e.g., as a legal assistant or with a comparable background
Ideally, you already have experience in legal operations, corporate housekeeping, contract management, or as an assistant in a legal department or law firm
You work carefully and in a structured manner and keep track even when handling multiple concurrent tasks
You are tech-savvy and confident using digital tools (MS Office, DMS systems, e-signature tools, etc.)
You communicate clearly, professionally, and discreetly — in German (C1) and English (at least B2)
You are proactive, work independently, and enjoy contributing to the team.
