Responsibilities
We are looking for a Mid-level Paid Traffic Analyst with experience in strategic campaign management and metrics across multiple platforms, especially Facebook Ads (Meta), Google Ads and other digital channels.
The professional will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns, focusing on generating qualified leads and scalable results across different accounts.
Plan, create, execute and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels).
Manage campaign budgets, schedules and targeting according to each account’s needs.
Lead performance analyses (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, among others), proposing innovative actions and continuous improvements.
Prepare detailed reports to present results.
Coordinate and liaise with the content team and other marketing areas.
Requirements
Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
Advanced knowledge of paid traffic metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields
Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication and leadership skills
Desired: proficiency in other platforms (TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads).
