About the role

  • Paid Traffic Analyst focusing on campaign management for scalable results. Seeking qualified leads through various digital platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a Mid-level Paid Traffic Analyst with experience in strategic campaign management and metrics across multiple platforms, especially Facebook Ads (Meta), Google Ads and other digital channels.
  • The professional will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing campaigns, focusing on generating qualified leads and scalable results across different accounts.
  • Plan, create, execute and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital channels).
  • Manage campaign budgets, schedules and targeting according to each account’s needs.
  • Lead performance analyses (CTR, ROAS, CPL, CAC, among others), proposing innovative actions and continuous improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports to present results.
  • Coordinate and liaise with the content team and other marketing areas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of paid traffic metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related fields
  • Analytical, organized profile with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Desired: proficiency in other platforms (TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads).
