About the role
- Influencer Marketing (approx. 50–70%): You develop our influencer strategy further and ensure a healthy mix of reach, authenticity and performance.
- You regularly scout new creators who fit our brand and target audience.
- You handle bookings, contract processing and communication with influencers and agencies.
- You evaluate campaign results, derive learnings and optimize future collaborations.
- Meta Advertising (approx. 30–50%): You support the planning and execution of Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) across the full funnel.
- You craft ad messages that resonate emotionally and convert.
- You integrate AI tools into the ads processes (e.g., for creative production and automation).
- You plan and run A/B tests to optimize creatives, audiences and messaging in a data-driven way.
- Ongoing & Innovation: You monitor trends in digital marketing and test new channels, tools and partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in paid or influencer marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
- Good understanding of social ads (Meta, TikTok, and potentially other platforms) and a clear sense of what makes creatives perform
- Able to work in a structured, independent and hands-on way, with a strong sense for brand aesthetics and tone of voice
- Eager to take responsibility, think creatively and grow with an ambitious, good-humored team
