About the role

  • Grow and manage your own book of business through proactive outreach and strategic relationship building
  • Visit clients onsite to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive both new business and reactivation of lapsed accounts
  • Convert inbound leads into revenue
  • Sell a broad portfolio: ~60% stock boxes, ~40% custom packaging
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth pricing, processing, and delivery
  • Own the full sales cycle—from first call to long-term account management

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales success with a strong hunter mentality
  • 3+ years in packaging or a closely related industry
  • Proven track record of building and growing a book of business
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings
